I hear you! But like everyone else has pointed out -- VERY impressive that you've kept it alive THIS long! AND it still has GREEN on it! All is not lost.
But I also agree, CHOCOLATE is a MUCH, MUCH better Mother's Day gift.
LOL!!! You crack me up! A plant, that is so funny. Like, here is one more thing for you to have to take care of Mom, enjoy! haha. :-) I will hope for chocolate for you next year too!
This cracks me up. Mine sat in our kitchen window sill until a few days before Tate was born. I couldn't take the pressure of watering it anymore knowing there was another something to be fed on its way. I threw it out. I vote chocolate for next year as well.
Oh, don't get me started on the whole chocolate debacle. I was one of the retards standing for cholcolate. Hopefully, next year maybe somebody will join me in the stand for chocolate???

Sorry, but you inherited that "black thumb" from your mother. It's genetic.
It's still alive?! Kudos!
At least Weston's still alive and kicking. I think this just demonstrates your amazing ability to prioritize.
5 months is longer than I have every kept vegetation alive. I count it a success. Especially since some parts are still green.
Prioritizing! That's hilarious.
I can't keep anything alive either. Oh, except Jonathan.
I agree, BRING ON THE CHOCOLATE!

I guess this explains why Weston has thinned out so much over the past few months...
